Anyone else finding that the only way to keep ANCs happy and in their bin is with a bubble wrap covering? I had removed the bubble wrap a bit ago to try to dry out their bin, and ever since I have had issues finding worm jerky on my floor (just one or two at a time). They don't appear unhappy, but do look like they are meandering about. I got desperate for them to stop and put the bubble wrap back on and magically they are all okay with staying in the bin and not wandering. All happily under the bubble wrap. Is that just how they are, or could I be missing a bin maintenance item that keeps them all down in the bedding? Moisture, pH, bedding all appear good. Food has been switched to chow ever other day while I am battling off the last bits of a fruit fly infestation. The bins have lids (which I guess does nothing to prevent them from escaping) with a large ventilation panel cut in the top with a wire mesh attached. Again, this is not a mass exodus or unhappy clumps, just one or two wandering worms that accidentally unsubscribe from living on the daily.
