Captain Matt talks about feeding worms just enough food they can eat in two days and that it's better to under feed than over feed. So why this feeding cycle?
Some of the reasons that come to mind may include: 1) rotting food can create an anaerobic environment hostile to worms, 2) lingering food sources can attract other pests like flies and things, 3) the worms need some time to process the bedding itself for better castings. Are these reasons correct? What am I missing?
